By submitting your parametric or Custom Member ("project") into SDS/2 Code Clash, you agree to all of the following:
You and/or your company are the sole owner(s) of the project, and are entirely responsible for all of its content and behavior. Design Data retains no responsibility for any typographical, documentation or other errors in your project, nor for the actions of your code. Your project must not contain any malicious code and must not harm the user's computer in any way.
You grant Design Data and its customers a royalty free, non-cancelable license to use and distribute the submitted project. Design Data may host, advertise and distribute your entry at no cost on the SDS/2 Web site for any SDS/2 customer to download and use, with reference to you and your company as the author. Design Data is under no obligation to provide technical support.
You give Design Data permission to use your project, including screenshots, in our marketing materials. We may feature your project on Design Data's SDS/2 Web site and in promotional materials for SDS/2 software. Your project may also be included and distributed in the standard set of Custom Members or parametrics alongside and not part of SDS/2 in the future, free and at no cost.
Only one project will be accepted per individual author. If an author submits more than one project into the competition, only the first project will be accepted. If there is a special case where an update is critical after your original submission, please contact Phil Ringsmuth by emailing codeclash@sds2.com or by calling 1-800-443-0782 to discuss the situation. It is your responsibility to test and debug your project before you enter it into Code Clash.
You certify that you are the original author of this project and that you are only submitting code and other files that were authored by you. If it is discovered that the files you submit are not your own work, your project will be disqualified from Code Clash.
Design Data employees are not eligible for entry into Code Clash.
