Early Bird Registration For 2011 SDS/2 Users Group Conference Ending Soon
The deadline for early bird registration for the 2011 SDS/2 Users Group Conference — which will be held at The Cornhusker, A Marriott Hotel, in Lincoln, Nebraska, on September 22 and 23 — is September 2. After September 2, the cost to attend the conference will be $10 more per single day or $15 more for both days. Online registration for the conference ends September 14.
About the SDS/2 Users Group Conference
Each year, the SDS/2 Users Group hosts its annual conference in Lincoln, Nebraska. This two-day event is primarily a learning opportunity. Activities include training on very specific topics determined by the Users Group, the unveiling of new enhancements, award presentations and other events.
Both Design Data employees and SDS/2 customers present innovative SDS/2 techniques, encouraging users to employ the power of SDS/2 to its fullest.
This conference also provides an opportunity for users to offer their input on new developments in SDS/2. Whether suggesting ways to implement new tools or exploring the latest in connection design, members of the Users Group play a large role in the continual enhancement of SDS/2.

Design Data to Exhibit at DBIA Annual ConferenceEvery year design-build practitioners, specialty contractors, and public and private owners gather for the Design-Build Institute of America's (DBIA) annual conference: The Design-Build Conference & Expo. With a mix of meetings, sessions and exhibits, the conference focuses on this integrated delivery method. Design Data will once again be exhibiting at the conference, which will be held at the Marriott World Center in Orlando, Florida, from October 19-21. SDS/2 Training Dates Scheduled for September, OctoberDesign Data will hold a Basic Training class on September 12-16 in Lincoln, Nebraska. The training will cover, in part, an introduction to SDS/2, job and fabricator setup options, modeling techniques and an introduction to parametrics. To see a complete overview, click here. Continuing Education will be held October 10-14. Those attending Continuing Education must have worked on the system at least eight months and have a good understanding of how SDS/2 functions.
